Lara Velez does a wonderful job of digging deep into the scripture and unwrapping the gift of what God is trying to teach us through His Word. One of the things I really appreciate about the way Lara writes is that she takes you verse by verse and really breaks down the scripture. She looks up definitions and original Hebrew meanings and really brings the study to life in a way that many people don’t do on their own. I find myself encouraged to dig deeper every time I read one of her writings. Psalm 91 promises us that God will be with us in times of trouble and that if we call on Him, He will answer us. But there is a way we are to live that is also outlined in the Psalm – breaking it down verse by verse, Lara takes us through what is expected of us as Christians. The impact is great and it will stick with you for a very long time after you go through the study.- Rebecca
I’ve always loved the Book of Psalms for the prayers David said,but the promises were overlooked! Now I see Psalms in a different light. The verses are broken down explicitly . It is very easy read and worth every minute of reading. My eye’s were opened and I feel blessed by having read this book!! It seems that Psalm 91 has been a constant theme in my life recently, so I jumped at the opportunity to read this e-book. It only took me about 20 minutes to read it as it is not long, but it did bring me some more insight into what Psalm 91 is saying. I have to say this eBook really offers some great encouragement for the believer to let go of their fear and cling to Jesus! SO many times we let our fear control our life, but as Lara breaks down Psalm 91 verse by verse it is clear that God is saying “TRUST ME” in His word. As believers we need to trust Him and believe in Him. I also really enjoyed learning about the meaning of each word, it really makes the scripture come to life and the meanings piece my heart.
